Bottecchia Tourmalet T1 seat post crack issue?

Hi all,
I'm new to the forum. My current ride is a Bottecchia Tourmalet T1 (2015) a bike that puts a smile on my face every time i ride it!. However happy times are starting to fall apart. After about a 300km I noticed a small crack in my frame at the seat post.
After sending the bike back to Italy the frame was fixed. The smiles came back en enjoyed every week of it until 3 week later AGAIN ! there was a crack in my frame at the exact same location.
Discussing this problem with the dealer I saw another Tourmalet standing for maintenance that shows a starting crack at the same location.
It look like to be a construction problem of the frame.
Are there any guys or girls that have the same problem with their Bottecchia Tourmalet T1.
