Speedplay Zero Aero walkable cleats?

Had a terrible creak on every peddle stroke which turned out to be the left cleat. Tried dry lube, GT85 but no cure, then the cleat started falling off on one corner. Has anybody had success with these? Emailed Speedplay but had no reply after a week. Shame as I thought they were great when I first put them on.
