Spokes Pinging

The spokes on my rear wheel have an annoying habit of making a pinging noise when I stand up on the pedals on steep climbs. They are wheels I have built myself which are true and tensioned up correctly. Obviously I have tried stress relieving them but the noise is still there. It only happens when standing on the pedals but obviously it's annoying. Any ideas?? they are DT swiss competition spokes with Archetype rims if that helps at all

Which tension meter have you used?
I have seen Park ones being off calibration by over 30%left the forum March 20230 -
It's the park tools TM-10

Exactly... most likely you are out by 10-20% or so. In extreme cases it's moreleft the forum March 20230 -

I assume that's 10-20% under tension rather than over?? I did tension the drive side spokes to 130kgf which did feel pretty tight. I did the tension without the tyre on of this makes a difference0 -

Over-reads, so if you have 100, it will say you have 120 or so. Try crank it up to a number like 24-25 on the high tension side and see if the pinging disappears. If it doesn't, then it's not the spokesleft the forum March 20230 -
