New bike or upgrade the old one?

So I have come to an impasse and I need advice. I can either buy a new Canyon Ultimate SL 7.0 or I can take my dad's 2006 Giant TCR 1 that's in very good condition and upgrade some of the pieces.

What do you think I should do?

    Canyon :) But I want a Canyon so i'm slightly biased :lol::lol:

    Depends on how much money you have at your disposal. If you can afford it I would get the new bike and sell the other and put the money towards it. If your a bit skint then I'd stick it out with the other one for the time being.
