Salve,

Grey out there so I'm going to mow the lawn, go to the dump and move a shed. May clean the windows afterwards.

I'm not dreaming the life: I'm living the dream.

Good chaingang this morning, 50 mile of pain and fun

Now in the gym (bored on the bike) about to stop and go for lunch with the wife, then picking up the kids from theatre club and off to look at a house

Later is a dinner party at some mates - will be messy
  • Going to cut the hedge, then have a trip to the garden centre.
May go to Sainsburys to redeem some nectar points.
The carpet needs hoovering, after I've done the washing up.

Drove 270 miles this morning, now watching the tennis with the 'rents. Later will be shopping, a trip to the chippy and some drink. How exciting.

Lost interest in moving the shed so smashed it to pieces with a sledgehammer and threw a load of it over the fence into next door's garden out of tribute to the departed Yossie, bless his memory.

Now about to sit in same said garden and drink some beer.

At the brother in laws so we decided to ride to Southport and back.

Out tonight for a family birthday do and another do tomorrow with a morning ride scheduled to balance the intake.

Only thing is it's raining and we were walking to the restaurant.....

woke up this morning after too much whiskey last night went out for breakfast (average and the coffee poor, Liverpool I guess) then went shopping with the date girl, I ended up with a new suit. not sure why or how, completely her fault. Then I watched the tennis and the cycling.

Gutted about Paolini, Top beard will be missed.

Hope you all had a good day

    Evening all,
Good day today. Slow start with copious tea was followed by sorting out the garage. Now have a car in there as well as everything else that was in there before. With the excetion of one bike has had to move out to under the lash to at the side of the house. Good job it was only a small car. Boy has gone to a party, with any luck he won't throw up when he gets home this time. I'm battling with uploading maps onto my car satnav, poxy thing.
Big family meal at the 'rents tomorrow.
    Onwards and upwards...

Evening folks. 105kms, 3 counties visited and back in time for closing stages of the tour. Fish and Chips for tea plus the southern delicacy of a pea fritter. Time for tiffin.

    Man after my own heart.

Took Toots for a double walk followed by the park so that they would sleep tonight which has now become immaterial as I am goosed as a result and won't hear a thing!

You might want to do that after and uplift day.

Having to amuse myself in the Northern wasteland. So watching Robocop 2 while tucking into a bottle of red. Found a pot noodle in the kitchen cupboard so just scoffing that. Doesn't get much more exciting than this...

No chance of that, she'd make me park round the corner out of sight while doing Dads taxi duty.
