2012 CAAD8 frameset value..

as title really, I've currently got a 2009 caad8 and I love it but it's a little small for me really. Spotted a frame in eBay for £265 and was wondering if thats about the going rate? It looks to be in vgc so just after some advice really!

You can buy a brand new complete bike from Pauls cycles for £399.

My donor has the screw in external cups type bb on it
