What tube would you recommend for use with Continental CXKing clinchers?

I’ve only had my CAADX a couple of weeks and have had a front and rear puncture already. I’ve been running at 45psi so can’t imagine it’s tyre pressure that is the issue? The rear flat ended my first cyclocross race and want to try and resolve it before next weeks race.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I'm not sure that any inner tube is more or less puncture resistant, if some thing makes it though the tyre, the inner tube is unlikely to halt it.

It's quite possible you've just been unlucky. Pinch flats are normally easy to spot, and feel! This said depends on the surface roots and or hard edged rocks could cause a pinch flat.

You could try sealant in tubes such as slime etc, or go tubless?
