    Don't forget to add the £105 - £910 'purchasers premium' on the bikes listed if they sell at their guide prices.

    Its an auction though so no one is forcing you to pay more than you want, and the 28% commission seems to be going to good causes if you get caught up in a drink fuelled macho bidding war.

    It does not say what percentage goes to the charities though. Profits could be minimal (or even zero) after costs and wages couldn't they?
    Do they/should they not need to be a registered charity if thats the main purpose of the auctions?

    My other concern is what peoples reserves would be.

    I would pop along if I were still living in London though.

    55cm is not exactly small.
