Hi,
Going on one out of these 3 bikes:
1. S3- 2015 full Ultegra (New, 2100 GBP)
2. Reacto - 2015 Ultegra and 105 mix (New, 1500 GBP)
3. Propel - 2014 full Ultegra (used, good condition, 1850 GBP)
Rider level: Amatuer
Previous bikes: Tarmac elite 2010 full 105
Needs: Triathlon + Weekend group rides.
Any help will be amazing,

You can't get a new Cervelo S3 for £2100 - maybe you mean the S2
They are all basically the same bike but with different paint and stickers.Fro the average amateur rider I doubt there would be much difference. Key decision is fit being Aero frames I would guess their geometries would tend towards a more aggressive riding position although Cervelo stack and reach ratios are fairly moderate. I'd try them and buy the one that fits best and you like the look of most.
If you do find an S3 full ultegra for £2100 - let me know as I will have one0
