Hi, hoping someone can help me out before I pull the trigger on one of these.

I like the look of the On One Lurcher, and am using a Cycle Scheme voucher worth £1000. Previously had a Boardman 2009 Pro HT so trying to get something similar (sold the Pro last year). From the two links below, I am unsure which is the newer model, or is it simply a choice of Deore or SRAM X5? I have no idea which is the better set...

I had been going to order a Bird Zero.3 however they are out of stock on the parts to keep it under the £1,000 until late August and I'd rather get it whilst it's summer to get a good run out of it.

However, I have always fancied a Cannondale F29 2 with a lefty and can get a 2013 model for a similar price...extremely torn now.

Any advice would be appreciated. I looked at the Vitus Sentier VRS but not a fan.

Just some different bits. They build them onto the same frame when you pay.

Personally I like Shimano, but otherwise not a lot in it.

    Ah ok doke.

I'll investigate the pro's and cons. Still unsure on whether to go for the 'dale F29 with that lefty or get a newer model On One, especially as it has a carbon frame...

Was easier using the Halfords scheme a few years back...basically 2 decent bikes to choose from at that price point lol.
