Openstreetmap for garmin

I'm trying to get a map for the first time from...
http://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/
I select the areas I want and fill in my email to get the map and then get one email with a progress link in it which only ever goes to a page saying "This request could not be found in the queue. Most likely the map is already generated and you received another email containing the url where the map can be downloaded, or you should receive that email shortly".
The second email they describe that will arrive doesn't arrive either.
I notice on the map page it says:
Countries, queue = 0 requests (~0 days), status = OK
osm2.pleiades.uni-wuppertal.de/garmin/, queue = 0 requests (~0 days), status = Not available
sfs4.pleiades.uni-wuppertal.de/garmin/, queue = 2 requests (~0 days), status = Disk full
...I assume these latter two entries mean it isn't working at the moment?

I hadn't no, but you can only get the whole of the UK from there?
I'm looking to get a map ready for a Garmin 520 and it only has 54mb of storage, the areas I needed that I picked out on the other website came to about 35mb you see.
Am I missing something?0 -
I tried the OSM one, gave up and used Talkytoaster. This was on an 810 and it went onto a memory card, does the 520 do mapping then?0

The 520 will have a basemap that the breadcrumbs are drawn on, nothing turn-by-turn, but you'll see where you are.
They say the unit has 54mb of capacity, (no slot for a memory card). Hence I want to use a better map than what it will come with and can fit the counties around me in about 35Mb if I could get that original site to work. (Leaving the rest of the space to record rides, which I don't need much space as I delete them from my garmin once I have synced them up to Garmin Connect).0 -
have you tried http://talkytoaster.co.uk/maps/
brilliant maps which i've used for years but i dont think they'll work on the 500 series, as they only do breadcrumb basemap type courses.Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.0 -
Seems someone has alerted them to the problem in the last post on their forum http://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=2625&p=980
