I'm looking at getting some of these for a single speed I am building. I would like to know what, if any, is the difference between the left and right brake levers?

Many thanks

James

The left lever has the cable leaving from its right hand side - to then pass under the bar tape. And from the left side for the right lever

Thanks. I was also going to ask if the cable went under the grip tape.
.so would these be compatible with centre pull, frog leg style brakes?

    Thanks

They're not suitable for V brakes (they dont pull enough cable) but id have thought they were fine for everything else - I use them with Avid cantis on a tourer and the older equivalents with dual pivots on a couple of fixeds - they work fine
