European Cycling Holiday advice

Hi,
Me and a few friends want to do a five day cycling holiday this summer - possibly left it a bit late but hey, whats done is done. Ideally we want to find somewhere to stay in one location and then do day loops. We were hoping for a fairly mountainous area - so the dolomites or pyrenees would be perfect.
We would also like to find accommodation/tour operator where we can be picked up from an airport/train station and hire bikes (just a bit too much of a faff to take bikes on planes).
Does anyone have any recommendations for tour operators or even independent b & b's which would offer such a service?

You might find it tricky to get a 5 day holiday as most companies operate on a weekly basis.
Not sure when you're planning on in the summer, but Pyrenees not a bad choice, bit less busy than the Alps, and (IMO) nicer scenery.
Majorca would be too hot!0 -
Stayed here two weeks ago while riding a week in the Pyrenees with the LBS http://www.allezpyrenees.com really great accommodation and know lots of places to ride and have good maps etc0

We stay with these guys when we do the Morzine Sportive for the weekend. They are very flexible with regards days and included in the price is a pick up from the Airport (Geneva) but would I imagine pick up from a rail station as well (Cluse perhaps).

Plenty of great riding in this area e.g. Col de Joux Plane, Col de Ramaz, Col de Joux Verte, Col de Colombier plus plenty of others. Happy to suggest routes.
For five days it's probably worth bringing your own bikes, hire bikes can be expensive 40/50 euros a day.0
