Guess it is monsoon season. MF is away on duty at Her Majesty's Forces expense, MH is doing a 100 mile pub crawl by bike around Shropshire at his OH's expense, Stevo has packed stropteen off to camp at his expense and T47 is living La Vida Loca by cashing in his pension at our expense.
Like Bob Dylan said, "...you're gonna have to serve somebody...".
Christ it's dull around here. Might chuck some bread and food waste across the fence so that it attracts some bird life who will then sh1t everywhere. They're not doing nearly enough cleaning. I have only heard the hoover go on twice today and the washing machine once.
Eurosport player is not working properly and me not happy.

Well thank god this weeks over. Nearly lost one of my dogs at the start of the week so between her/vet calls was just worried etc. She is home and on the mend it seems, Hope it all continues.
Some good miles on the bike mind and a good outing on the crudder last night for an hour. Nothing serious but some fun. Early start for a 70 miler today, managed to have everyone in club kit for a change too! (normally it is me who isn't)
Back to work tomorrow, what joy.

Would have posted after we dropped Stropteen off at the campsite early afternoon but the forum was fubarred - kept getting a '504 gateway timeout' error? Not the only one either. Annoying that.
Anyhow, kid free house till Wednesday so peace reigns and I've done a fair few jobs. Pedalling tomorrow to get that 'beach body' ready for 2 weeks time "I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0 -
