I fitted one of these to my Cannondale.

The middle section is thinner than the ends so should allow room for your cables.0 -
I had a KCNC on for a PF30 on my old Stumpjumper. Worked perfectly and do a BB30 version for road too I believe.0

The issue is the Synapse is BB30a so the standard adapters such a praxis and rotor don't work. There are options from C-Bear and Kogel.
The other option is the wheels manufacturing adapters

I am using these on my synapse with a shimano chainset and they retain the existing BB30 bearings. May not be something you wish to pursue though if you are having creaking with your existing bearings.
If you want to try the wheels manufacturing adapters, I will be removing them from my synapse within the next week or so as I no longer need them.0 -

AFAIK the aluminum Synapse still has BB30, carbon model has BB30A.Synapse Disc 3 Ultegra '14/CAADX 5 105 '110 -
Buy an FSA BB30 - BSA converter, drill some holes in the appropriate pace big enough to pass the cables and plugs. Fit converter to the frame.0
