Cheap Ribble TT bike

Does anyone know if their cheapest TT frame, currently about 90 quid , comes with forks? Many of their cheaper framesets do, and its shown with one whereas other frames have the fork greyed out.
Phones there are not answered over the weekend and I am trying to price a build quickly.

    I thought in general that a frame was a frame and a frameset is forks + frame.

    Me to but the pic is ambiguous compared with all the other bikes shown.

    The Ultra TT pic just below the one you are asking about shows frame and forks but states that the frame can only be ordered if the forks and seat post are ordered also. I agree the description for the one you are after is ambiguous.
