Just watched the Dowsett interview after the stage, he doesn't sound happy does he, doesn't seem to have had good form for a while now and when he's struggling on a TTT he must be concerned.
He's carrying an injury complicated by his haemophilia
Mentioned on one interview going back to the hospital to have the wound reopened, cleaned and restitched.
Hope someone took him and Nico for a pint last night.
As long as it wasn't Paolini.Warning No formatter is installed for the format0 -

Do you think if Oleg and Vino come too close to each other on the top if that mountain they'll generate so much negative energy they'll suck the earth into a parallel dimension?

This particular quote from Monsieur Kelly is going to be very difficult to beat. Bloody brilliant.

When the talk turns to Froome and W/KG, the stage spoiler threads tend to dry up a little, but presenting a couple from the "Are Sky clean or not" thread (an inauspicious start that actually brought out some good debate later:
On Sky's psychological advantagePlacepo effect.
And the most damning evidence yet:Also, don't forget their likely use of hypoxicators etc.Warning No formatter is installed for the format0 -
If there's a flight of stairs in the last 2km, Stybar will win thisCorrelation is not causation.0

Cav was up all night with the trots apparently.
Does Jason Kenny know?0 -
Oleg is a most benevolent capitalist. He put his best asset to work in a lower yield field for a while to make it fair for everybody else. We're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

Who cares about a yellow jumper? Green is the colour of sissys and polka dots are for children! The real story of July is the Annual 2015 Post of the Tour
Focus Zing takes a strong early lead in the early stages...
This shot was taken by a trained yellow finch.
post of the pre Tour so far.
...AtC, Yellow Peril and our resident late night, beer fuelled Honk Kong-ite have a job of work to do to catch up!
I assume that you were referring to me?!
Sorry, but I have been the Ji Cheng of commentators this year - work and family commitments have prevented me reaching my previous level of Tour-related idiocy. As I understand it Alberto's lost his bounce, Quintana still looks like an elderly lady and Nibali is off to open a gelato stall in Napoli, while the Sky Machine has put the sh!ts up everyone to such an extent that the French are trying to literally run their riders off the road. And Laurent Jalabert is a pr!ck.
Looking forward to Les Alpes...
Cheers,

Only one rider deserves to win this Tour. And it isn't Quintana, Contador, Nibalo or Valverde..
Sagan?
He deserves to come second.Correlation is not causation.0 -
People on a raft waving a flare. Would be funny if they were actually sinking.0

Climb time estimates from twitter:
Astana bus steps:
2105 Froome 0.75s
2007 Vino 0.79s
2009 Armstrong 0.93s
2009 Contador 0.98s
2014 Nibali 1.10s
He's beating the times of known dopers there
Oh not this sh*te again
The Astana bus currently in use is a kneeling bus.
You're not comparing like for like.
Well now that the tour is done, I'd like to nominate the above early effort as the winner. There was lots of good double entendre and snarkiness being posted each day but the above wins for me.Giant Trance X 2010
