Giant Propel Advanced 1 Wheels

Pretty set on picking up a Giant Propel Advanced 1 from my LBS, but read a few dodgy remarks about the quality of the wheels, the Giant P-A2's that come as stock.

Has anyone else had any issues with these?

Any suggestions as an upgrade or like for like replacement, trying not to spend too much more if possible but want to make sure it's a sweet ride!
