Dolan frame for sub £400 SS build - thoughts?

I'd never heard of Dolan until today but I'm quite impressed.
With me only spending £400 on my single speed 'park bike' build I'm obviously not after anything particularly special but I'd still like to get the best frame within the budget.
(And yes the £400 does include wheelset, carbon fork AND the frame)
So, thoughts on the frame?
Thanks

Check for more details, but I'm fairly certain that the pre cursa is not drilled for brakes.
As you are planning on building a single speed, you will definitely want brakes.0 -
The FXE is £10 more and is drilled for brakes.
