hi all. my synapse has been driving me mad with the dreaded bb30 bb. so im going to fit the above fsa adapter and convert to shimano. I understand that I need to glue adapter in when pressing it into place. can anyone recommend a alternative as I cant find the Loctite 609 as recommended

Have a look at the KCNC alternatives. It us a BB that fits in the BB30 and does not need bonding and is the bearings as well.

And on the KCNC mentioned above, if the bearings ever do wear out they can be pressed out and replaced for not too many quid without having to buy the whole new BB assembly.0
