Nah. You lot need to stop being a p*ssy and man up.
It's plenty weaker going around saying anyone Islamic needs to leave because you've let the terrorists terrorise you.
Don't you understand that's what terrorists want to do? They want you to be scared and turn that into hatred.
A p*ssy blames it on something they don't understand and declare "authorities" must deal with it.
I don't recall anyone saying that anyone Islamic has to leave, certainly not on here, and as far as I know not even anyone from UKIP.
Yes, terrorists terrorise. The clue is in the name. This group, IS, wish to govern their own territory as a Caliphate. They are not interested if anyone outside loves or hates them, they just want them to fear them and bend to their will.
So far, the majority of casualties of these Islamic terrorists groups have been fellow Moslems. Not being discussed here, but there was a suicide bomber in a mosque in Kuwaiti City, where the victims were Moslem.
Fine sentiment Rick, saying Liberalism will prevail in the end. But even Liberalism needed the help of guns to defeat Naziism didn't it.
IS dont know any borders, they operate in Libya, Syria, Iraq, other fundamentalists are in Nigeria, Somalia, the Yemen..... a fundamentalist muslim would say that its is every true muslims aim in life to turn most of western europe into a muslim caliphate, so IS kill Muslims true, but to them, they are not killing true believers.
If as Slowmart's suggestion that hi unemployment is also a pull factor, then god help us, that stat is common throughout europe, even amongst whites let alone other ethnic communities.
Meanwhile, the UK and EU cut back on defence budgets, expecting the USA to rescue us yet again?
i find it shocking listen to DC on R4 this morning, he is living in a bubble, seemingly out of touch with the real world.0 -
We have friends that have an apartment in Tunisia not far from the hotel that was attacked, and they were planning their summer hols there.
Back in April/May, I warned them not to go. I considered it too risky and told them as much. We even offered them use of our flat in Palma.
But they booked the flights anyway, and then this happened. So now they're trying to cancel them, but even though they took insurance, it isn't paying up (typical).
Personally I see no reason to expose my family to needless risk - I would avoid all of North Africa, including Morocco at the moment, and quite honestly, Israel, Turkey, etc. does not tempt me either.
And with Greece in default, I would steer clear of that too.0 -
Ban Islam in all Christian country's
Looks like your political reasoning is in keeping with your grammar.Wilier Izoard XP0 -
I agree with mamba80. We invaded and meddled in their affairs which were none of our business. A certain British Prime Minister warned us of the WMD which were never found and ultimately did not exist. An excuse for his self promotion.0

Ban Islam in all Christian country's
Who gets to decide which countries are Christian?
Not too sure how that would have helped in Tunisia either?www.conjunctivitis.com - a site for sore eyes0 -
The odd thing is that of the many types/kinds of people I have met, muslims are amongst the most honourable.
I always find it sad when I hear friends who in the main are untravelled outside of the usual spain etc who seem to think that Arab states are no go zones and dangerous.
Of course that is true of some regions but to blame an entire "people" is lunacy.
We are in a mess in the UK, we have no road ahead that is set, we mix/match/react to things without true plans, we waste/ruin/spoil/squander that great things we have and it happens consistently.
I feel sorry for those people trying to get across the channel, they have no idea of the shiatsu they are doing everything they can to get too.

Quite an ironic choice of phrase. The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.

As thousands of holidaymakers travel home from Tunisia and others reconsider their plans, we look at where is safe to go.

OP Do you want answers to your question or do you just want to air your prejudices?
If it's the latter then you are a very sick puppy!
when thses places were Governed with an iron fist, we didnt have, to the same extent, anything like the probs we ve got now, we ve jumped in, meddled and screwed these places over, the mess that is Libya/iraq and Afganistan is testament that we are hated in large sections of the Muslim world and tbh who can blame them? we ve killed tens of 1000's with our bombing and destroyed their way of life.
So no, i would nt go anywhere near Tunisia or anywhere similar, i ve had my share of danger as a youngster and i dont need it now.Tail end Charlie

Given the UK terrorism threat is set at severe it may be he's gonna hunker down in the Cheshire wilds.
Prepping and storing food, A Christian Cross, water purification systems, super soft toilet roll and some good reading material from Pussy Gryhlls and history books describing the Medieval Crusades from a Christian perspective.
Or simply staying at home, watching the CCTV, Fox news while reading a Lance Armstrong book on growing a pair and getting on with the rest of your life. Metaphorically speaking that is.“Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Teach a man to cycle and he will realize fishing is stupid and boring”

I'd recommend Scotland, in particular walking down Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow wearing an England football shirt.“Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Teach a man to cycle and he will realize fishing is stupid and boring”

What happened to the stiff upper lip?
What happened to being the world's leading liberal force? It was Britain in the 19thC and again in the 20th.
Terrorists can't handle liberalism. They are too weak to tolerate.
They can't rub shoulders with other opinions or ways of life.
UK stands strong in against oppressive groups.
It is the boldest and strongest fight to fight illiberalism and stay tolerant.
Man up. Don't be scared
Easy sitting behind a keyboard and talking about p**sy's, man up etc etc... Another thing entirely confronting a fanatic with an assault rifle who is determined on dying and taking as many innocent lives with him as possible.
I take it you have a desk job? Work in IT perhaps? Not in your remit to put your neck on the line when ISIL come calling in the UK.
Pity the poor sods - cops, secrets service operatives and squaddies, who will have to step up to the breech and protect civilians, many of whom will talk a good fight and use noble words but who will be running for their lives
away from the terrorists as the 'boots on the ground' run TOWARDS the terrorists...Outside the rat race and proud of it0 -
How can you say liberalism has wrecked the UK when it has shaped if for 200 years?
Examples please? Most folk would not agree that Britain has been liberal for 200 years (witness public executions, a harsh penal code, imperialism, a strict class structure etc etc.. Last hangings carried out in August 1964, homosexuality banned in the military until late 90's/early 00's).
Not entirely the signs of a liberalist country.Outside the rat race and proud of it0 -

Bit of a lazy non event of an example I'm afraid.
Most modern lefty liberal wishy washy sorts would never in their wildest dreams describe Great Britain as 'liberal' before about 1997...

No shortage of hypocrites when it comes to making a square peg fit a round hole....
You will make 'liberalism' suit whatever you want it to suit regardless of whether it actually is 'liberal'.

OK, here's the definition off google for 'liberal':
1.

favourable to or respectful of individual rights and freedoms.
(In a political context) favouring individual liberty, free trade, and moderate political and social reform.
relating to Liberals or a Liberal Party, especially (in the UK) relating to the Liberal Democrat party.
