I did read that the upgrades to existing, Victoria infrastructure are bloody expensive, even compared to 15 minutes less watching the world fly by as you head north0

What the tories have done, is kept the budget the same BUT cut the number of projects, as many have been priced incorrectly and if we carried on, the budget would be out of control - if this is correct, whats wrong with that?
Meanwhile the great white elephant HS2, carries on..... but for how long?0
