Cycling, Tri or Running Shops in Richmond

Any recommendation for some good Cycling, Tri and/or Running shops in the Richmond area

A friend will be in London for a few days and would like to browse some shops

I was in Sigma Sports near Kingston which I thought was very impressive in their service and range of bikes. Dont know much about Tri but there were quite a few people there looking at Tri clothing when i was there.

I think there might be a tri or running shop opposite Sigma. I try not to sully myself by looking so I can't be too sure.

There is a running shop opposite. Don't ask how I know.

Sigma are good for tri stuff.
