something slipping
Scott S20 i use for commuting. Only a 5 mile ride to and from work, but during this something slips/clunks but usually only once during the ride. Sometimes only when slight pressure on cranks, other times when hard pressure.
Feels like slight chainring/chain slip. Chain and cassette only one month old. Chainrings are about 3. Don't look worn at all.
Any ideas what I should look at to fix?

Check the rear wheel. Sounds like it could be the freewheel slipping.
The pawls may not be releasing and causing the slipping.
This might help, http://autobus.cyclingnews.com/tech/fix/?id=howfix_freehub or of course take it to your lbs for a look.0
