Miche Cleats where to buy

I have Miche MT4 pedals and cleats on my bike which I bought in Australia. I am now in London and cant seem to find anyone selling Miche cleats. Th only ones I have seen are on Ebay from Italy and thats bit too much hassle IMO.
Would another brand of cleats work in the pedals or should I just buy new pedals and cleats from a more commonly available brand?
