    Holy thread resurrection.. Me either, I'm very intrigued but how could I get a proper test ride? I don't mean an Evans around the block but a good few hours getting one dirty.

    Fancing a cross bike to replace my Badboy as a winter/knockabout and having owned a lefty mtb in the past the battle of want vs need is going very much in favour of one of these ... £2.5k is a lot of cash for a knockabout bike though, especially as it's the same price as the Dura Ace caad12 disc which I'm also jonesing after ... Where's a spare £5k when you need it ...

    In the same boat, a lot of money for a throw around bike but if it's as good as the hype, it might not be a throw around. The roads are pretty awful around here and would be good on the commute too. Need a proper test ride.
