NOOB - First Road Bike

Hi Guys,

I have been MTB'in for a couple of years but looking into getting a road bike using the CTW scheme but have no idea of what to buy. I have seen a few but not sure if they are any good :?

My first road bike was the cannondale caad 8 and it is a fantastic first bike.im still using it now. Cannondale make the best alloy frames.

Thanks for the advice but due to geting a bike through BTW scheme I am limited to where I can get one from. I can only use Halfords, Evans Cycles or Wiggle.

the caad frame is superior than the allez i agree. just whack some aksiums on and you are good to go
