Help with bike sizing

Hi,
I am looking to buy the Felt f75 2015. I am 6 foot 3 and have an in seam measurement of 31 inches I have been measured for a Specialised Allez Sport 2015 and have been advised that a size 58 frame is the best fit, with the stem flipped to raise the handlebars by a few mm to fit my reach. Would I also be a size 58 on the felt?
I wanted to check the measurements as I cannot find the felt anywhere locally to test ride or even try, but I have ridden my friends felt f85, and although it was only a size 54, which is rather small for me liked it enough to want a felt of my own.
I tried looking at geometry tables for both bikes but as I am fairly new to bikes and didn't quite understand it all enough to be confident to just order it online.
What size felt would be best for me?
Thanks in advance
Oliver

A very rough comparison is reach and stack. This gives an idea of bike sizing when making comparisons but other personal preferences and riding style also come into it. As long as a bike is not too big for you then you will be fine.0

Thanks, I have compared the reach and stack. On the Specialized the reach is 397mm and the stack is 607mm, on the Felt it has a reach of 408mm and a stack of 578mm. So the reach seems to be fairly similar, however the stack is nearly 30mm lower. Will this make a huge difference? Being a complete beginner to road cycling will I struggle with a lower stack?
If I had issues with the height would I be able to fix it easily by replacing the stem with something angled like a Hope or Ritchley angled stem?
Thank you0
