Bad Tub

Has anyone had a tub that seems to be off centre making it curle to one side, lifting the other side making it impossible to glue safety?

    all my tubs would start turning 'inside out' if inflated off the rim, but once on a rim and inflated the glue and internal force holds the tub flat to the rim irrespective of the tendency to rotate when off the rim

    or is it that the basetape isn't central wrt the circumference or wanders off line? in that case i'd get a warranty replacement
