Front mech positioned over water bottle mount

Hi,
I'm in the process of updating the brakes and chainset on my bike.
Having put the new chainset on and positioned the front mech so the outer plate is about 2mm above the teeth on the top ring.
You can see in the image that the clamp is going over the water bottle mount. Not sure if there is anything I can about this? Would updating the front mech resolve this or should I leave it as it is. I'm not going to be putting a water bottle there anyway.
The old chainset had more teeth so the clamp didn't interfere with the bottle mount.

Get a top swing mech or just see how that works out. Can't see it will be a problem.I don't do smileys.

Thanks for the reply, I'll finish setting the bike up and see how works. If it doesn't cause any problems where it is I'll leave it.0

Have this on two bikes, its not a problem. As above, top swing is technically the correct derailleur for the job, see how it goes, reckon it should be fine.0
