As per the title I would like to get some new glasses to replace the ones broken in a recent accident. Having had the half framed ones cut up my face rather badly I would like to go full frame with grey photochromic lenses but am having trouble finding anything. Anyone with similar that they would recommend?

New Oakley Jawbreker should be like Radarlock but with full frame, it looks a bit like skiing goggle.0 -

I have just started using Sunwise Hastings. It doesn't sound like they are what you want but they are a revelation compared to the Photochromatic lenses I had on my Oakley half jackets. Lenses have great clarity and darken/ lighten quickly. I am aware of my eyes not straining. As you can tell I am really enjoying wearing them.
Hope the healing is going well!0 -
Have you had photochromic lenses before?
I love mine, but they have a very wide range from virtually clear to very dark.
Do not see the point of photochromic unless they have a wide range and I know a lot of them do not.
Sorry to hear you have cut your face.
Not sure how my half frame ones would do that, and cannot help feeling that if anything that bad happened to my face, my main concern would be my eyes and the protection that the glasses gave them.
Jawbreakers may be your best bet if they make a photochromic lens for them.
They look a bit odd (IMO) but they are probably fantastic to use.0 -
Yep, had rudy project photochromics before and they were great.
Thanks for all the ideas- will have a look at those suggested!RIP commute...

Plenty Oakley models with full frame take all types of Oakley lenses and Oakley photochromatic grey lenses are superb, I've used mine in bright sunshine and in pitch black with lights.
