Creaking Pedal / Shoe !
No sure if I've posted in the right section....
I recently purchased a pair of Bont Vaypor + shoes and I do like them, very stiff but that's what I was looking for.
The problem I have is when I use them with a set Look Keo Blade 2 pedals, the creaking that come from either the shoe /cleat or the pedal is unbelievable. I've spent more time over the last two weeks trying to find the problem you wouldn't believe. I also have a pair of Diadora Jet Racers & a pair of Shimano TR60 tri shoes and no matter what bike / shoe / pedal combination I try I only get the creaking with the bont's.
Can any one offer any advice ? This is driving me crazy, I'm starting to wish I'd not bothered with the Bonts.

It's probably the cleat creaking against the shoe. Squirt some WD40 on each cleat where it meets the shoe. If that doesn't work spray some grease around the pedals where they grip the cleats and it will sort out the problem.0
