Something a little bit different, here is my handmade Granule Frameworks bike

Well.... I make the frames myself. I'm a time served engineer but found my self re-training as graphic designer years ago. So i guess at some point it was inevitable. Having played around with the ideas for a long and repairing old frames, dabbling with designs I kept being told "why don't you design and make me a frame"

So, having done that I decided to set about designing a bike for myself, something that would stand out a little bit without being too brash. Being a graphic designer, the branding, graphics & paint are just as enjoyable as the actual frame building. Once the bike was completed, more people wanted to know about, so I have put it out there and hopefully the website will be live in week or so.

Its a big frame, do you really think the headtube is that tall?
I like it. The seatpost clamp could be worked on, see the work done by saffronframeworks

***BYER BEWARE*** I was excited about purchasing my first custom bike. I paid the deposit about 24 months ago and was told delivery would take place in 4-5 months. Fast forward till today and I still haven’t received my frame or my deposit back. No proactive communication from the business owner. Not too sure if this guy is still in business but just wanted to share in case someone makes the same mistake I did. ☹️

I presume you're referring to the Granule Frameworks custom manufacturer. Just checked his FB page and there have been no updates since mid-2018 so that would suggest little or no business activity.
