the wheels are WH 7900 Dura Ace and I need a nipple wrench and spare nipples. Which ones?

Most Shimano wheels use a 4 mm square nipple, Park Tool makes a key (the blue one). Other Shimano wheels have a small hexagonal external barrel, for which I have no tool, so don't know the measurement.

Spare nipples come with the spare spokes, never seen them sold separately

Thanks. A guy in my club has asked me to true his rear C35. A few left spokes are lose and thread seems to have gone on one. If I cant do I will send him to you if that's OK?

Well the exploded view on Shimano tech docs doesn't help.

    The nipples look square

One of the nipple wrenches pictured appears hexagonal, but no mention of the size

The other one looks like an open ended spanner and is stamped 4.0

If you can't do it because the threads are seized or chewed, it's unlikely I can... I might have some Fulcrum quattro nipples, which also are red alloy and also have a 4 mm square section... they might work

Have you any idea what the tensions should be on this wheel? Thanks

Check the manual... if that doesn't help, then assume standard 1200 N on the drive side. Problem is you have no calibration for those spokes...
