newbie looking for advice on new bike

I got my cycle to work voucher now and the bike that I had chosen has sold out so I'm limited to Pauls cycles and am stuck which to pick out of these four.
Im 6ft and have tried both 27.5 and 29ers and am comfortable on both but which of these four is the better bike.
I have started to cycle cannock chase and am looking for something to tackle the red routes which are local to me.
unfortunately I'm unable to get and test one personally.

only ever having cheap bikes before I'm drawn to the cannondales as i think these are a good make but don't want to buy one if the specs no good.
