New Tyres

Good Evening,
I have a Cube CLS LTD 2014 2014 hybrid bike. I've decided that the current tyres (Schwalbe Smart Sam 44-622(28x1.65 700x42C) are too nobbly for my use (now exclusively road) and I'm looking to change. I'm not really sure what all the above numbers mean and I am looking for some advice as to what slicker/road type tyres I could put on my wheels which are Schurmann Yak19C.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Scott

Great for road, gravel paths, canal paths etc. seem to grip well enough if you don't use silly psi.
HTH
NicSometimes. Maybe. Possibly.

I've read that these are highly recommended for road riding.
