removing wheels with 25mm tyres brake clearance issue

Hello all,
Got a bit of an small issue wondering if anyone else has experienced it...
I have two bikes and i think i have the issue on both definitely on my canyon ultimate cf sl 2015
when I go to remove the wheels, either one, the fully inflated 25mm tyre gets stuck on the brake, the width, is too wide and the side wall sticks on the brake block, obviously the brake release lever has been opened!
wheels - mavic kysrium eltie
tyres - continetal gp4000s II 25mm ~100psi
brake - ultegra 6800 (not direct mount)
bike - canyon ultimate cf sl
if you give the front wheel a knock it will come out but cant really do this on the rear and its a bit annoying!
I could adjust the tension on the cable but that would surely mean longer travel on the lever?
any suggestions? thanks!

If you get wider rimmed wheels then the tyres may be more in line with the rim and hence not catch on the brakes. Your situation may be the tyre ballooning out from a narrow rim.[Castle Donington Ladies FC - going up in '22]0

Search for shimano sm-cb90. That may give you some extra brake release.0

Why not let some air out of the tyres?0

Turn the barrel adjuster in a few turns. If its already fully in then you are setting the brake pads too close to the rim when clamping the brake cable.
After re-fitting the wheel. Re-adjust the barrel adjuster to the correct lever travel.0
