Rattling noise from internal cables

Hi all

Has anyone else had problems with rattling internal cables? I ride a Cube Agree GTC Race (which I love) but the only problem is the internal cables rattle, particularly on rough roads. Tried various things to stop it, but got nowhere.

Anyone got any miracle cures??

    Do the casings run through or is it just the inners?
    If just the inners, then are there removable cable entry points where the cable enters the frame?

    If there are, then slide off the rearmost entry point and push a couple of small diameter o-rings up the bare cable with a spoke.
