just wanted to give some kudos for great service I received today. My rear dérailleur (Di2) got a knock last weekend, and I ended up dropping into Sigma Sport in Hampton Wick after a ride earlier today.
Their mechanic took the bike, bent the hanger back into shape, checked the alignment etc, ran a bunch of checks then checked and updated all the software on the bike. It took 20 mins in total, and only charged me a tenner. I was expecting to have to leave the bike there and trudge home, the n pick it up a few days later, so to have the problem fixed then and there was a pleasant surprise.

Just checking to see if it was an aluminium hanger?
If so, you need to get it replaced asap. If you're lucky they can be bent back as a temporary fix, but the alloy loses a significant amount of strength when bent, so don't rely on it!0
