Changing disc wheels over - rotors lining up etc?

Hi, currently I've got some dt Swiss r24 spline disc wheels (Shimano centrelock fitting) used with hydraulic shimano brakes.
Looking at getting some kinesis crosslights as a cheap summer wheel. They take the 6 bolt rotors so I'll need to buy those but I was wondering - is it a faff to have them line up correctly with the brake pads? Originally I thought you literally take one wheelset off and put the other set on...but I'm sure Ive read somewhere they may not have the same spacing? Anyone have any experience with this?
Cheers in advance

that specs are the same but the chances of any different wheel having the rotor in the same place is slim.
But to align the caliper is only two bolts."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Cheers that's not too bad at all, just wanted to check it wasn't a major faff0

You can also get rotor spacers (CRC currently doing some by Hope) to bring the rotor of one wheel closer in line with that of another, which can make wheel swaps even less of a faff:
