I just took delivery of my Canyon SLX bike which has Mavic Exalith wheels on it............the brakes scream like banshees :oops:
I'm assuming this will disappear over time or is there a quicker cure!?!

Find a long descent, get a fair head of steam up and (After making sure there's nothing behind) give the brakes what for. Do that a few times and the blocks will soon bed in. Plus you'll get fitter riding back to the top again for another go.0
