Old road bike respray/refurbish in Essex

I have an old Raleigh Royal (Reynolds 531 frame) that I'm wanting to get refurbished. The easy(er) bit is it needs 2 new wheels and brake pads. More difficult to find is somewhere to paint it. So to my point, does anyone know of some where that can paint my bike in Essex? (And perfurbaly do the rebuild as well)

Try a local powder-coater as it'll be cheaper and more durable than paint. Or try Armourtex:
