Headset choice

Hi!
I've hunted about and think I'm on the right track with headsets, but there are so many factors I want to make sure I'm not wasting my money!
I'm rebuilding my old Gary Fisher 2006 Pirahna
(http://www.bikepedia.com/quickbike/BikeSpecs.aspx?year=2006&brand=Gary+Fisher&model=Piranha).
New lick of paint, rigid forks, single speed etc.
Needs some love and that old headset is battered.
I've read that it was a Semi-cartridge headset in there, which I think meant sealed bearing in the top and open caged ball-bearings in the bottom. Some cost cutting measure?
Basically I'm wanting to pop something new in there, so will the following work?
www.tredz.co.uk/.Onza-Mongo-III-Threadless-Headset_32636.htm
If its useful I can take some pictures when I get in from work of the headtube etc.
Many Thanks folks.

If you're using the original forks you need an EC 34/28.6 upper and an EC 34/30 lower. Tredz don't list the headset standard so difficult to be certain.
Cane Creek have a useful tool allowing you to determine the correct headset here https://www.canecreek.com/headset-fit-finder0
