Must have had confirmation that Overlord Brown has disposed of the Kimmage defence fund. It was such a sordid affair, tarnishing forever the hitherto spotless reputations of Digger, Cyclismas and the like. Surprised at Shane Stokes, of all people, opening that sewer again. Maybe there's not so much racing going on at the moment.

That said, we'd have been robbed of the spectacle of Digger, the moron who handed Kimmage's cash to Overlord in the first place, berating Jaimie Fuller about his 'legal defence fund pledge'. Hahahahahahahahaha

Verbruggen will probably win. Kimmage isn't one for rigorous research or source checking, he's probably overstepped the mark. Cycling social media will reach meltdown.

That's where my head is too.

He mentions the CIRC but one of the things that HV mentions in his suit is actually quashed as false in the CIRC report.

Good pints Iain and Rich - Kimbo will try and argue that he was you know sort of generally right, whereas Verbruggen will zoom in on one point where Kimbo was wrong and use that to win the case - don't you just love law?

HV must be sure he can win to keep pursuing a case no one cares about anymore - that or he has lost it completely
We're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

the trouble with that I have read with the CIRC report is a lot of it took what the riders said at face value and reported it as fact.

I do admit I need to sit down and read it all at some point to properly get a handle on it.

As correctly predicted, Kimmage lost. He has to pay Verbruggen around £8000.

    How I laughed

I enjoy all the other conditions the court imposed too.

Don't like Hein either but the stupidity of this whole thing astonishes me.

Think he upset Bruyneel the other day too.

Not that I'm a fan of either side in that.
