Building A Stunt Bike

Hi all,
i have been riding for pretty much most my life (i am 18) and have tons of experience on all types of bikes. Current bikes are ; Specialized Allez (2010) + GT Aggressor.
although i am experienced in riding i am still a newbie when it comes to advanced maintenance, builds, etc.
i would like to build a mountain bike for just less serious riding, messing around, wheelies, stoppies and all the rest but one that can still do a decent distance in london. I am looking to build from frame up and would say my budget is around £300. could you guys recommend all parts, including any frame you think would be good. of course the lighter the better. when i say all parts i mean literally all parts including shortened brake levers (cant find them anywhere) and colored gear and brake cables if possible. cheers all.

If you want it to be good for wheelies and jumps etc then it will be useless for distance on tarmac.
Just get a cheap used BMX for messing about on.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350
