Upgrade to Basso Loto?

Hi there. Basso sells the Loto with Campy Veloce and Microtech Krium wheels just for 1080euros. I like its geometry and frame design a lot, and Veloce is just perfect for me, I don't really like the wheels but for that price I can't complain. However I am a little hesitant, considering how much better is it going to be than my current 500e Ideal Intempo. It has Sora 3300 grouppo, and i have some really bad and heavy stock wheels, and my frame doesn't fit me well (not bad ,but it was better when i was shorter. I have it since i was 17). I need something to feel better after long training, climb easier and have fairly low rolling resistance. Would Loto be any better, or should i consider something better for upgrade? Thanks
