Ultegra rear mech tension

Just traced my gear problems to a lack of tension in the rear mech.

Is this a new mech job ? It had a good innings anyway.

And anyone seen cheap 10sp mechs out there ?

I'd give it a damn good clean first. Flush out any crud and relube.
