Basic maintenance

I've done 150 or so miles on my new bike in the last week in dry and dusty conditions but haven't touched the bike after riding it.
What sort of maintenance (if any) does it need - such as lubrication/cleaning etc and how often does it need doing in dry conditions?

It is your choice if you give frame a wash down, but I would be cleaning and re-lubing chain, clean any dirt of fork seals, stanchions. As it is a new bike, ensure all still ok in terms of tight bolts etc, and just make sure things like gears are smooth changing and brakes are working well0

Dry and dusty I wouldn't wash it, water causes more problems than dust. As above keep the stanchions clean and lube the chain as required.
Routine check of nuts and bolts.

If you only ride in the dry you will only need minimal maintenance and just a full service once a year. If you ride in the mud, grit and wet you need to do alot more.0
