TRP Inplace brake pads - Alternatives?

My Crosslight is fitted with TRP Froglegs and has their Inplace pads fitted… the pads are starting to wear and I'm fairly sure that I can't just replace the inserts in these (am I wrong?)… so what are my options? Any recommendations for alternatives or am I stuck with Inplace's unless I swap out the cantos as well?

    They take standard Shimano-pattern inserts e.g. Koolstops or Swisstop if feeling flush
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
