Finally finished the new project, only been for a brief spin so far but nothing has fallen off so that's a good start, soaks up the bumps nicely even on 23c, once they wear out will go for plusher 25c I think. Di2 needed a bit of a tweak but now shifting very smoothly and fortunately the wireless unit works from inside the frame, had already fitted BB by the time IO thought I should have checked that.

NIce looking bike.
That's a hell of a lot of seat tube exposed!...is there any left to clamp?
You must have about 150mm of saddle to bar drop???!!!!0 -
@Ai_1 Yep, have dropped the post down a bit, been trying to tweak set up to match my Retul fit on my old Allez, but BB is quite a bit lower so getting everything spot on is proving a bit tricky.
Done a few more miles now, amazing how it soaks up the bumps, even cattle grid's! Carbon bars seem to make a big difference at the front end so very pleased with those. And Di2 shifting is amazing, big step up from the old 105 which I could never quite get set up perfectly. My poor photography doesn't really do it justice.Allez
