Finally finished the new project, only been for a brief spin so far but nothing has fallen off so that's a good start, soaks up the bumps nicely even on 23c, once they wear out will go for plusher 25c I think. Di2 needed a bit of a tweak but now shifting very smoothly and fortunately the wireless unit works from inside the frame, had already fitted BB by the time IO thought I should have checked that.

    NIce looking bike.
That's a hell of a lot of seat tube exposed!...is there any left to clamp?
You must have about 150mm of saddle to bar drop???!!!!

@Ai_1 Yep, have dropped the post down a bit, been trying to tweak set up to match my Retul fit on my old Allez, but BB is quite a bit lower so getting everything spot on is proving a bit tricky.

Done a few more miles now, amazing how it soaks up the bumps, even cattle grid's! Carbon bars seem to make a big difference at the front end so very pleased with those. And Di2 shifting is amazing, big step up from the old 105 which I could never quite get set up perfectly. My poor photography doesn't really do it justice.

Very nice bike, The krypton is starting to look very similar to the Galuim. Which is a good thing.
